Yosemite National Park is beautiful in all seasons, but it really comes alive in winter. During good snow years, there is snow everywhere in the meadows. It makes it dangerous to drive around, but if you can deal with icy roads, a world of wonder awaits. The Chapel is surrounded by snow after a snow storm.

November in Yosemite Valley, and the first snow of the season was falling heavily. The Yosemite Chapel was dusted with a thick layer of white, and the surrounding trees were flocked with snow.
