Mt. Lewis and Hwy 120

During late fall, it is snowing already over Mt. Lewis in the Eastern Sierra Nevada mountains. This photo shows Hwy 120 towards Mt. Lewis with fall colors and snow on the mountain.

October in the Eastern Sierra, and the aspens were in full color in the valleys below the snow-dusted peaks. The road wound through the high-desert sagebrush, leading to the mountains in the distance.
