Looking North from Big Horn Plateau towards Forester Pass

A breathtaking view of the rugged Sierra Nevada mountains under a partly cloudy sky. The landscape showcases the beauty of nature in its raw form.

July in the High Sierra, and the cumulus clouds were building early. I was above 10,000 feet, and the air was thin and dry; the granite peaks in the distance still had a few patches of snow.
