Kearsarge Lakes Sunset

The sun was just clearing the eastern ridge when I arrived at this high Sierra lake, casting a warm, golden light across the granite cliffs and the pine trees along the shore. The air was still cool, and the water was calm, showing faint ripples from a morning breeze.
