Cathedral lake sunset

Cathedral peak at sunset, along with the upper Cathedral lake. Cathedral lake is a popular campsite along the JMT.

I spent a week in the Tuolumne Meadows area, and this was the only morning Cathedral Peak wasn't shrouded in smoke. The golden light on the granite made the early start worthwhile.
