Sassolungo Peak with Cloud Cap

Sassolungo peak rises behind a dense green forest, its summit obscured by a cap of white clouds.

August in the Dolomites, and the clouds were building up around Sassolungo by midday. I waited for a break in the cloud cover to get a clear view of the peak's rocky face.
