El Capitan Reflected in Merced

El Capitan's granite face is reflected in the still surface of the Merced River, framed by trees.

Yosemite Valley in late fall, and the Merced River was glassy calm at dawn. The light was just hitting the face of El Capitan, and the reflection was perfect except for a few rocks in the foreground.
