Northern California Sea Stacks in Haze

Sea stacks rise from the Pacific Ocean along the Northern California coast, shrouded in coastal haze.

Driving along the Northern California coast in late June, the fog was thick enough to limit visibility to a few hundred yards. The sea stacks were silhouetted against the diffused light, with just a hint of orange nasturtiums on the bluffs in the foreground.
