Yosemite Meadow, Autumn Light

Sunlight filters through the golden canopy of a large tree onto an autumn meadow in Yosemite National Park.

Yosemite Valley in late fall, and the grasses in the meadow were all tawny and dry. The leaves on the deciduous trees were mostly still clinging, catching the low sunlight.
