El Capitan Sunset from Taft Point

El Capitan is illuminated by the setting sun, seen from Taft Point in Yosemite Valley.

November light in Yosemite Valley is something special, and I was lucky to catch it raking across El Capitan from Taft Point. The granite face was glowing, and the valley was filled with a golden haze. A lone figure stands on the edge of Taft Point, taking in the view.
