The Bridge of Sighs spans a narrow canal in Venice, connecting two buildings with ornate stonework.

August in Venice, and the Bridge of Sighs was mobbed with tourists. I waited for a break in the gondola traffic to get a clean shot of the bridge itself, framing it between the buildings on either side.
