Lost in the mist of San Francisco

A couple walking hand in hand down a paved road at Lands End, dark trees either side and the fog closing everything off behind.

Land's End in January is often shrouded in fog, and this morning was no exception. The fog was so thick that it obscured almost everything beyond the immediate path, creating a soft, diffused light and a sense of isolation as the couple walked through the mist.
