Autumn at Oregon Waterfall

South Falls into its dark pool, yellow deciduous and dark conifer either side, the sky flat overcast.

October in Silver Falls State Park, and the bigleaf maples were at peak color. The overcast sky gave a soft, even light to the waterfall and the surrounding forest.
