Columbia River Gorge

The Columbia River flows through a wide gorge, flanked by steep, forested cliffs, with a small building visible atop a prominent bluff under warm, late-day light.

August in the Columbia River Gorge, and the light was hitting the Vista House just right. The cliff face was glowing orange in the late afternoon sun.
