Old San Juan, Red doors

In the heart of Old San Juan, where cobblestones whisper tales of conquistadors and rum runners, this vibrant red door stands as a sun-kissed sentinel. Its weathered frame and ironwork speak of centuries past, while the vibrant hue bursts with the city's infectious energy. Stepping through this portal is to enter a world of colorful casitas, aromatic cafes, and the rhythmic pulse of salsa.

Wandering the streets of Charleston in late December, I was struck by the variety and color of the architecture. This red door, with its symmetrical details and transom window, was one of my favorites.
