Gardena Pass area

A green meadow of tall grass, white umbellifers and reddish dock running up to the bulk of the Sella Group.

Late summer in the Dolomites, and the alpine meadows were still lush. The contrast between the soft grasses and the hard, jagged peaks made for a striking scene.
