Vidette Meadows

A breathtaking view of the majestic mountains under a dramatic sky. The clouds add depth and contrast to the landscape. This is Vidette Meadows as we get down Forester Pass.

Hiking the Big Horn Plateau in late July, I could see storm clouds building over the Sierra crest. The light was constantly shifting as the clouds moved, creating dramatic shadows on the mountains.
