Sierra Peaks Bathed in Sunlight

Jagged granite peaks are illuminated by the warm light of the setting sun in the Sierra Nevada.

Golden hour in the Sierra Nevada, and the granite peaks are catching the last light of the day. The shadows are already long in the valleys, but the summits are still glowing. I was lucky to be here at the right moment.
