Donner Lake at Sunset

Donner Lake with pine forest all round it and the mountains behind, flat and blue in the late sun.

From above Lake Tahoe, the water appears a deep blue, reflecting the sky, while the surrounding forests are a vibrant green, and the distant mountains fade into the horizon.
