View from Glen Pass

A panoramic view of a rugged mountain range under a cloudy blue sky, with several small alpine lakes visible in the valleys below. This is the view from Glen Pass.

We were high on a ridge in the Sierra Nevada, looking out over a vast expanse of granite peaks and glacial lakes. The clouds were building in the afternoon, casting moving shadows across the landscape, and I could see a few hikers resting on the rocky slope to my right.
