Autumn Gorge View

The Vista House on its cliff above the wide Columbia, evergreen and turning deciduous all round it under flat cloud.

October on the Columbia River Highway, and the trees around Crown Point were at peak color. The Vista House was open, but I preferred the view from across the gorge.
