• Contact form: If you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Information collected automatically

• Search queries: When you use the site's AI-powered image search, your search terms are logged to help us improve the search experience. No personally identifying information is attached to these logs.
• Usage data: We collect anonymized data about which photos are viewed and purchased to help us curate our collection. This data is not linked to individual users.
• Cookies & session data: We use essential cookies to maintain your shopping session (e.g., cart contents, promo codes). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Google Cloud — hosting and AI-powered image search

• Clerk — authentication (admin only)

Order information is retained for as long as required by applicable law (typically 7 years for financial records). Contact form messages are retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
